The unique polymer semi chemical technology and energy-saving and efficient chemical regeneration technology can change the molecular structure, homogenization and remove impurities, improve the internal quality through the chemical reaction in the regeneration process, so that the polymer materials can be recycled and reused. The technology is widely used in the production of high-end and differentiated special varieties with waste polymer materials, such as chemical fiber and POY, FDY for civilian and industry, non-woven fabric, high-grade PSF, ‘bottle to bottle’ manufacturing, packing belt, etc.
The co-developed "The key technology and equipment development of waste polyester bottle flake Liquid-Phase Polycondensation (LPP)/homogenizing filament for direct spinning industry" won the first prize of science and technology of China Textile Industry Federation 2012.
The co-developed "Efficient Recycling of Waste Polyester and Industrialized Integrated Technology of Fiber Preparation" won the second prize of the 2018 National Science and Technology Progress Award.
It is composed of ‘chemical treatment process for recycling of melt polycondensation polymer waste materials’ and ‘device for recycling of melt polycondensation polymer waste materials’ patent technology and many other proprietary technologies.
