Polycarbonate series(PC)


The main raw materials are diphenyl carbonate and bisphenol A. The process begins with transesterification to ensure a certain degree of transesterification rate, and then making PC products by gradual melt polycondensation. It is mainly used in fields such as machinery, automobiles, building materials, and packaging etc. Two different kinds of process: Batch process and continuous process. Batch process mainly includes double-reactor system; Continuous process mainly includes a 3+1 reactor process and is equipped with a high-viscosity polymerization reactor.
