There are many kinds of polyester elastomers. The main raw materials are terephthalic acid, adipic acid, butanediol, and polyether soft segment. Generating esterified product by separate esterification firstly, adding third monomer to control the proportion for copolymerization modification, and then making elastomer by block polycondensation reaction. TPEE is mainly used in fields such as engineering plastics.

Two different kinds of process: Batch process and continuous process.

Batch process mainly includes single-reactor system and three-reactor system, etc.; Continuous process mainly includes four-reactor block polymerization process.
