 Typical application

When a certain flow of gas enters from port A, the gas will expel the medium in the pipe inserted into the liquid and form stable bubbles. At this time, the pressure inside the pipe between A and B is equal to the liquid pressure at port B. If the pressure at B is P1 and the atmospheric pressure is P0, then P1 - P0 = ΔP. At the same time, P1 = γh + P0, so P1 - P0 = γh = ΔP.

Therefore, under the condition of known medium density, by using a differential pressure transmitter to measure ΔP, the liquid level h can be calculated.

Special customized design

The GLT system is composed of gas treatment, differential pressure measurement, and gas anti-clogging intervention system. When used for industrial process liquid level measurement, gas treatment and differential pressure measurement are standard designs. The gas anti-clogging intervention system is specially designed according to the physical properties of the medium to be measured by the user, the physical structure of the container, process characteristics and other conditions to ensure that the measuring auxiliary gas can be accurately introduced into the measured part and is not easily blocked or can be processed online when blocked.
