A certain enterprise in Anhui adopted the complete set of equipment for the continuous PET polymerization polymers provided by Zhicheng Company. In 2017, construction started and in 2018 completed, a set of 120,000 tons per year of virgin / recycled PET melt direct stretching recycled staple fiber was put into production.

The device is based on the company's traditional five-reactor process continuous polymerization process, in which the first esterification structure has made major design adjustments to be compatible with the function of regenerative continuous deep alcoholysis. In addition to the common PTA and EG feeding and pulping system, an additional set of feeding and pretreatment devices for recycled raw materials is equipped, and the waste EG refining system has been completely redesigned. The device is finally optimized and integrated according to a maximum of 120,000 tons of virgin PET melt or 100,000 tons of recycled PET melt.

Through meticulous planning, organization, and a focus on quality and safety, the system was ready for trial production in less than a year.

After the completion and acceptance, the produced chips/staple fibers are of excellent quality and stable quality. Especially, the color performance of the virgin product exceeds that of most market-available products, earning unanimous praise from users.
